This privacy policy governs your use of the software application IfFound.it ("Application") for mobile and computer devices that was created by ALERTXT LLC. By placing a request through the Application with one or more third party portals or links to access information you are also subject to their Privacy Policy.

User Provided Information The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and register the Application.

When you register with us and use the Application, you generally provide (a) your name, email city, state, phone number, username, password and other registration information; (b) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (c) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as ride information, post information, comments information.

This Application does collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Application nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

Purchases If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Application ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

If fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected IfFound.it at its sole discretion provide law enforcement with information surrounding the activity.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies Third Parts are constantly updating deals, offers and product and service offerings on the Application. We may experience delays in updating information on the Application. The information found on the Application may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Application and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Application. Indemnity You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Alertxt.llc its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, and affiliates, from any and all third-party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including, but not limited to, legal fees) arising from your use this Application or your breach of the Terms of Service or a Third-Party failure to perform.

Variation Alertxt.llc shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Application.

Invalidity If any part of the Terms of Service is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of the Terms of Service will not be affected all other clauses remaining in full force and effect. So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly.
